Plot

In this charming comedy, a middle-aged man named Henry (played by Matthew Perry) finds himself stuck in a rut after the sudden loss of his job and the isolation brought on by the pandemic. Feeling listless and disconnected from the world around him, Henry takes a chance on a new career at a quiet hotel, hoping to restart his life. As Henry begins his new job as the night manager of the hotel, he's initially thrilled with the prospect of meeting new people and getting back into the swing of things. However, his excitement is short-lived when he discovers that his first night on the job is going to be anything but ordinary. A series of eccentric guests check in, each with their own unique quirks and demands. There's a retired couple who insist on reenacting their wedding night in the hotel lobby; a group of rowdy college students who turn the hotel's pool into an impromptu rave party; and a mysterious woman who seems to be hiding secrets behind her enigmatic smile. As Henry navigates this unpredictable chaos, he finds himself drawn into the lives of these unusual guests. Despite their eccentricities, each one has a story that resonates with Henry's own struggles, and he begins to see the world in a new light.
